Hereafter, the “Proxy Bidder”, this power of attorney to act on its behalf at the auction organized by the Proxy Bidder; hereafter, the “Auction”, under the conditions set forth in the Auction Rules, which are an integral part of the printed catalogue.
The Proxy Bidder is authorized to undertake all activities related to representing the Assignor as a participant in the Auction when the items listed below are up for auction.
The Assignor hereby declares that they have familiarized themselves with the conditions of bidding, including the Auction Rules, and unreservedly endorses them. The Assignor understands that the Proxy Bidder is authorized to appoint a representative for themselves. If the Proxy Bidder shall appoint more representatives, the Assignor agrees with the fact that each shall act separately.
